Free shipping on all US orders.

Caellii only ships on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.

 

Returns

We hope you love your Caellii product(s) as much as we do. If, however, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to issue a refund if the conditions noted below have been met.

Please note we only accept returns for items that are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

All returns must be made within 14 days after the product has been delivered.

To return your products, please follow these steps:

1. Before returning your product(s), please email contact@caellii.com to request a return authorization and we will send you a prepaid return label. In this email, please include the order number, product(s) you would like to return, name, phone number, and delivery address.
   
   
2. Place the product(s) you wish to return inside your package. Please be sure to include the “shipment list” (that was included in your order). Print the prepaid label and affix it to your package.
   
   
3. We apologize, you are responsible for bearing the costs of return shipping. We will deduct the return shipping costs from your refund.
   
   
4. Once we receive the returned item, your refund to your original payment method will be processed within 14 days.
   
   

Please note the following:
Final sale items cannot be returned for a refund.
Refunds will not be made for damaged returns.
